Check My Endowment has been built with the user in mind to ensure ease of use. Check My Endowment is a complete service that is accessed entirely through the internet and can be handled entirely through your internet browser. Visitors and registered users simply require:

• an internet browser (eg Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 5 or later) or Netscape (version 6.1 or later));
• screen resolution set to 1024 x 768 pixels or more; and
• a connection to the internet.

The registered user may require either Microsoft Word (version 6 or later; free Viewer from the Microsoft website) or Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 5 or later; free from the Adobe website) for the first stage of sending their letter to obtain the necessary information from the life insurance company.
