Upon termination all personal details will be deleted from our system. Check My Endowment reserves the right to notify you to ask whether you need your account due to a long period of non use. Again, upon any account closures all personal details will be deleted from our system.

You have a right under the Data Protection Act 1998 to ask what information we hold about you. You can do this by using the contact details below if you require a printout of your details (there is a charge of £10 for this service). However, the only information that we hold is the information you have entered and saved on Check My Endowment. You are able to see all this information once you log in.

Security

Check My Endowment provides an encrypted and secure connection for all webpages that require registered users to provide personal and financial information. An encrypted connection provides a high level of security that would be naturally expected for the type of information Check My Endowment uses.

The payment facility on Check My Endowment is provided directly by Barclaycard Merchant Services. The actual payment process (your card details, etc.) will take place using their secure payment servers and will not be seen by us. They ensure all payment information is held with the very high levels of security you would expect from a major financial services company.

Check My Endowment uses session identifiers to enable the website to indentify registered users once they have registered and logged in. The session identifiers also allow registered users to access their details and information at any time.
